In both instances, it is recommended that if you are unlikely to be in at the time of delivery, you enter special delivery instructions before you reach the checkout. If they are not entered, or if no delivery preferences are submitted via the Hermes tracking website, we cannot guarantee your delivery driver will leave your parcel in the most appropriate safe place or with your preferred neighbour.

Hermes deliver Monday to Saturday between 7am and 9pm. Your tracking page will be updated on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery window.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands typically take longer than UK deliveries. Please allow 7-10 days from dispatch for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order by then, please contact us so that we can chase it up.
Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will, in most cases, be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day (working days do not include Saturday).
