Summer - Deliveries in hot weather

We all love a sunny summer's day! But we're aware that our products (especially those that are chocolate-based) can sometimes melt a little bit, or become slightly mis-shapen when temperatures are high.

Unfortunately, there is very little we can do to avoid parcels being exposed to hotter temperatures inside depot's and delivery vans. Sadly, it's an occupational hazard of home delivery.

If you find any products in your parcel that are slightly melted or mis-shapen, we would advise you to carefully pop them in the fridge without mushing or squashing them too much, and you should find that they more-or-less return to their original shape and texture.
