Loyalty Points
If you’re a new customer or just need a refresh on how our loyalty scheme works, all the information you will need is listed below. If you have any further questions regarding this, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us!
The more points you have, the less pennies you need to spend! 🪙
100 points = £1 Voucher
Save up 1000 points and you get an extra £2.50 discount (£12.50 Voucher Total).
How to access your loyalty points.
- Make sure you’re signed into your account. (If this is your first-time ordering from us, be sure to create an account so your loyalty points are added on when you place your first order 😁).
- Click the green icon in the bottom right corner of the website. On your phone it will have a little present icon 🎁, on PC/Laptop it will say “Loyalty Points”.
How to spend your well-earned points.
- This should bring up a menu. Click “Ways to Redeem” and then “Redeem”.
- You can choose how many points you want to use and then it will bring up a voucher code, (which will also be emailed to you).
- Copy and paste the code into the “Discount” box at checkout to spend them! 💰
How to refer a friend.
A great way to build up your loyalty points is by recommending us to a friend and it’s super simple!
- Click the green icon in the bottom right corner of the website. 🎁
- Copy the link under “Refer a Friend”.
- Send it to your friend, and they will receive £5 off their first purchase (new customers only), and you will be credited 500 loyalty points! 🤝
Other ways to earn points.
If you’ve run out of friends to refer, don’t worry. There are still ways to earn more points without placing an order. Here are a couple of things you can do and how many points you can earn! 😎
