Sugar, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Cocoa Powder (Cocoa Beans, Acidity Regulator: Potassium Carbonate), Belgian Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring) Walnuts, Raising Agents: Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates; Rice Flour.  Dark chocolate contains 43% minimum Cocoa Solids.

All You Need:

  • 100ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 200ml of Water
  • Greaseproof Paper
  • 1 x24cm x24cm x4cm Tin

Here’s how to make them:

  1. Preheat oven to Fan 170, Conventional 180, Gas 4.
  2. Grease or line tin. 
  3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed. 
  4. Pour mixture into the tin and bake for 18 minutes (gooey) or 25 minutes (cake like). 
  5. Cool in the tin. 
  1. When cool remove from tin, remove paper, slice and enjoy!
